The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office XIII (PSA-RSSO XIII), through the 2019 General Appropriation (General Fund) Funds intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS (P7,774,525.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each of the ten (10) lots stated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
