3571840 Notice of Negotiated Procurement for Lease of Office Space

FIVE-YEAR LEASE CONTRACT OF OFFICE SPACE
FOR REGIONAL STATISTICAL SERVICES OFFICE XIII AND CRS BUTUAN OUTLET
(PURSUANT TO SECTION 53.10 OF THE REVISED IRR OF RA 9184)

1.The Philippine Statistics Authority through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC) and the Regional Statistical Service Office No. XIII (RSSO XIII) will conduct a Negotiated Procurement pursuant to Section 53.10 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184 for Five-Year Contract of Lease of Office Space for Regional Statistical Services Office No. XIII and CRS Butuan Outlet, with the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Million One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty Eight Pesos (P4,194,828.00) for Year 1 inclusive of all taxes, such as but not limited to, value added tax (VAT), income tax, local taxes and other fiscal levies. (Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference and draft Contract for details of the said project.)

2.Please submit your best and final offer in a sealed envelope not later than December 9, 2015, 9:00 a.m. at:

Documents to submit in a sealed envelopes are:
a. Letter Proposal
b. SEC/DTI Certificate of Registration
c. Mayor’s Permit
d. Latest Income Tax Returns
e. PhilGEPS Registration
f. Valid and current Fire Safety Inspection Certificate issued by the Bureau of Fire Protection

Offer exceeding the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be rejected.

3.The Philippine Statistics Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any offer/quotation, to reject all offer/quotation at any time prior to contract award, to excludes any item and to award the contract to the proponent/bidder with the most advantageous offer, without thereby incurring any liability to the interested entities.
