9678627 PROCUREMENT OF DESKTOP COMPUTERS FOR THE 2023 INTEGRATED PROCESSING OF MAPS FROM VARIOUS ACTIVITIES IN CARAGA

The PSA - RSSO XIII now invites bids for the Procurement of Desktop Computers for the 2023 Integrated Processing of Maps from Various Activities in Caraga. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 days after receipt of Purchase Order/Contract. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from PSA - RSSO XIII and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during office hours at 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on April 20, 2023 to May 15, 2023 from the given address and at the website(s) in Item 12, page 9 of this document and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ₱5,000.00.

2) Current and latest certificate from the manufacturer that the bidder/supplier is authorized service provider of the brand being offered.
3) Bidder/Manufacturer must have authorized service center nationwide (Submit the List).

Bids must be duly received by the RBAC Secretariat through manual submission (printed copies) at Philippine Statistics Authority Regional Statistical Services Office XIII, Freeman Bldg., J.C. Aquino Avenue, Brgy. Imadejas, Butuan City on or before May 15, 2023, 9:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time). Late bids shall not be accepted.

Bid opening shall be on May 15, 2023 at 9:15 AM at the PSA – RSSO XIII Training Room, Freeman Bldg., J.C. Aquino Avenue, Brgy. Imadejas, Butuan City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives.
