The Philippine Statistics Authority through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Venue and Meals during the Orientation on Mandatory Reporting of Fraud-related Incidents, Violations of R.A. No. 11055 (PhilSys Act), in accordance with Section 53.10 (Negotiated Procurement – Lease of Real Property or Venue) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
