9200755 PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES OF PSA-RSSO XIII, PSA-SURIGAO DEL NORTE, AND PSA-SURIGAO DEL SUR FOR 2023

The PSA - RSSO XIII now invites bids for Procurement of Security Services of PSA-RSSO XIII, PSA- Surigao del Norte and PSA-Surigao del Sur. Delivery of the Goods is required starting January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office XIII (PSA - RSSO XIII), through the 2022 General Appropriation (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Three Pesos and Forty-One Centavos Only (P963,523.41) for Lot 1: Security Services for PSA-RSSO XIII; the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and Fifty-Six Centavos Only (P722,642.56) for Lot 2: Security Services for PSA-Surigao del Norte, and the sum of Seven Hundred Twenty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-Two Pesos and Fifty-Six Centavos Only (P722,642.56) for Lot 3: Security Services for PSA-Surigao del Sur being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
