The PSA - RSSO XIII now invites bids for the Procurement of Supplies and Materials for the PhilSys Registration Centers in Caraga. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order or Contract for Lots 1 to 4, and within 20 days after receipt of Purchase Order or Contract for Lots 5 to 9.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
