PROCUREMENT OF T-SHIRT WITH EMBROIDERY
FOR THE JULY 2020 LABOR FORCE SURVEY (LFS)
/ 2020 ANNUAL POVERTY INDICATORS SURVEY (APIS)

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II
(PSA-RSSO II), through the Fiscal Year 2020 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS (P58,000.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for procurement
of T-Shirt with Embroidery for the 2020 Labor Force Survey (LFS) / 2020 Annual Poverty Indicators Survey (APIS).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders
should have a completed contract on T-Shirt Printing / Embroidery within the period 2017 to 2019 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from 25 June 2020
to 29 June 2020 in PSA-RSSO II at the address given below during 9:00 A.M.
to 4:00 P.M..

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30 June 2020,
11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall,
PSA-RSSO II, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO II reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
