1. The 4th Level Training for POPCEN 2015 will start from July 27-August 1, 2015 for 1st Batch and August 3-8, 2015 for 2nd Batch.

2. There were ten (10) Lots under the Project namely:
Lot 1 - PSA Ilocos Norte Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 2 - PSA Ilocos Sur Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 3 - District I of PSA La Union Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 4 - District II of PSA La Union Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 5 - District I of PSA Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 6 - District II of PSA Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 7 - District III of PSA Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 8 - District IV of PSA Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 9 - District V of PSA Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office Meals
Lot 10 - District VI of PSA Pangasinan Provincial Statistical Office Meals

3. Specs for the meal include AM Snacks - Sandwich or Any Appropriate Snacks for the Event and Soft Drinks , Lunch – 3 Viands ( Meat, Fish & Vegetables), Rice and Bottled Water , PM Snacks - Sandwich or Any Appropriate Snacks for the Event and Soft Drinks

4. Delivery of goods will be at specified training venues of the provinces during the 4th Level Training (as specified in the bid doc).
