2015 POPCEN T-SHIRT SUPPLIES

The Philippine Statistics Authority-Cordillera Administrative Region (PSA-CAR) through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC) is inviting all interested parties, operating within the City of Baguio, to bid for T-shirts for the conduct of the 2015 Census of Population.

Approved Budget: Seven hundred sixty-four thousand and one hundred pesos (Php764,100).

Number of pieces: Five thousand and ninety-four (5,094) pieces at Php 150.00 each.

Specifications: with collar; color white; with text and logo print as shown below.

Interested Bidders may obtain bidding documents on May 18, 2015 to June 5, 2015 from the BAC Secretariat with address below.

Deadline for the submission of proposals shall be at 1:00 P.M. of June 8, 2015 at the PSA-CAR Regional Statistical Services Office, Baguio City.

Opening of Eligibility Requirements and Bid Documents shall be at 10 AM of June 9, 2015 at 3rd Floor, PSA-RSSO CAR, CTLL Building, 141 Abanao Extension, Baguio City.
