INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
FOR SECURITY SERVICES

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. 02
(PSA-RSSO 02), through the Fiscal Year 2019 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED SEVEN SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS (P876,865.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for procurement of Security Services from May 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO 02 now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders shall have at least three (3) years of experience on security services.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from April 12, 2019
to April 16, 2019 in PSA-RSSO 02 at the address given below during 9:00 A.M.
to 4:00 P.M.

5. Bids, together with the required documents listed in the Quotation Form, must be delivered to the address below on or before April 17, 2019, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall, PSA-RSSO 02, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO 02 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
