INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
FOR CATERING SERVICES WITH VENUE AND ACCOMMODATION DURING THE 2018 CENSUS OF PHILIPPINE BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY (CPBI) TRAINING (SECOND LEVEL)
ON MARCH 18-22, 2019 AT TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. 02
(PSA-RSSO 02), through the Fiscal Year 2019 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P186,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for procurement of Catering Services with Venue and Accommodation.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO 02 now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders should have a completed contract on catering services within the period 2016 to 2018 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from March 12, 2019
to March 14, 2019 in PSA-RSSO 02 at the address given below during 9:00 A.M.
to 4:00 P.M.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before March 15, 2019, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall, PSA-RSSO 02, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO 02 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
