FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS OFFICE SUPPLIES,
160 PIECES 8GB FLASH DRIVE, AND 160 PIECES SEMINAR BAG WITH PRINT FOR USE DURING THE REGIONAL DISSEMINATION FORUM
ON THE 2017 PHILIPPINE STANDARD CLASSIFICATION OF EDUCATION (PSCED) IN CAGAYAN VALLEY ON MARCH 13, 2019
AND TRAINING / DISCUSSION FORUM ON PSCED FOR REGION II
AND PROVINCIAL PSA FIELD STAFF IN CAGAYAN VALLEY
ON MARCH 14, 2019 AT TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. 02
(PSA-RSSO 02), through the Fiscal Year 2018 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (P118,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for procurement of the following:

Lot 2 Procurement of 160 Pieces Flash Drive, 8gb PhP60,000.00
Lot 3 Procurement of 160 Pieces Seminar Bag with Print PhP40,000.00
TOTAL PhP118,500.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO 02 now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders should have a completed contract on Various Office Supplies, IT Supplies and Equipment and Seminar Bag within the period 2016 to 2018 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from February 21, 2019
to February 26, 2019 in PSA-RSSO 02 at the address given below during 9:00 A.M.
to 4:00 P.M.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before February 27, 2019, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall, PSA-RSSO 02, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO 02 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
