5929905 Invitation to Submit Quotation for the Procurement of ICT Equipments for 2018 CPBI and 2020 CPH

INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENTS
FOR 2018 CPBI AND 2020 CPH

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. 02
(PSA-RSSO 02), through the Fiscal Year 2018 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (P766,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for procurement of the following:

TOTAL PhP766,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO 02 now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders should have a completed contract on ICT Equipments within the period 2015 to 2017 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from December 21, 2018 to December 25, 2018 in
PSA-RSSO 02 at the address given below during 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before December 26, 2018, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall, PSA-RSSO 02, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO 02 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
