INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
FOR THE PROVISION OF TECHNICAL SERVICES FOR THE DESIGN AND PREPARATION OF COMPLETE SET OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE PROPOSED PSA BUILDING

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. 02
(PSA-RSSO 02), through the Fiscal Year 2018 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Provision of Technical Services for the Design and Preparation of Complete Set of Plans and Specifications of the Proposed PSA Building at Dalan na Pagayaya Regional Government Center, Carig, Tuguegarao City:

Provision of Technical Services for the Design and Preparation of Complete Set of Plans and Specifications of the Proposed PSA Building at Dalan na Pagayaya Regional Government Center, Carig, Tuguegarao City with the following scope of works:

a. Architectural Design (signed and sealed)
b. Structural Analysis and Design (signed and sealed)
c. Electrical Design (signed and sealed)
d. Sanitary Design (signed and sealed) PhP400,000.00

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO 02 now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders should have a completed contract on Provision of Technical Services for the Design and Preparation of Complete Set of Plans and Specifications within the period 2015 to 2017 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from January 11, 2018
to January 15, 2018 in PSA-RSSO 02 at the address given below during 9:00 A.M.
to 4:00 P.M.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before January 26, 2018, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall, PSA-RSSO 02, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO 02 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
