4215983 Procurement of Security Services for CY 2017

INVITATION TO BID FOR SECURITY SERVICES
FOR CY 2017

1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. 02
(PSA-RSSO 02), through the Fiscal Year 2017 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P432,000.00) from January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for procurement of Security Services.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.

2. The PSA-RSSO 02 now invites bids from suppliers for the said services. Bidders shall have at least three (3) years of experience on security services.

3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement

4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from November 28, 2016
to November 30, 2016 in PSA-RSSO 02 at the address given below during 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

5. Bids, together with the required documents listed in the Quotation Form, must be delivered to the address below on or before December 1, 2016, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on same day, 1:30 P.M. at the Conference Hall, PSA-RSSO 02, Tuguegarao City.

6. The PSA-RSSO 02 reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
