The Philippine Statistics Authority, Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) VIII, Tacloban City, through the FY 2017 General Appropriations Act intendsto apply the sum of Six Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Pesos (PhP 624,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Lease ofOffice Space for PSA – Biliran Provincial Statistical Office/PSA Contract No. 2017-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
