Function Room/Venue: (2 function rooms for 7 days)
- lease of venue on July 1 - 7, 2025 from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- two (2) function rooms/training venue that can accommodate a minimum of 35 participants per room observing social distancing with atleast 1 meter space per participants
- allows extended hours of training
- wide and spacious
- quiet and free from distractions
- with good lighting
- well-ventilated
- with good sound system (with sufficient number of speakers, at least two (2) microphones per training room, batteries for microphones, extensions wire, and electricity outlets in good working condition
- preferably with projector and/or projector screen
- with white/black board
- with comfortable armchairs or tables with chairs
- with front table where trainers can put their manuals & other training materials
- accessible to comfort room (with clean water)
- With generator or other alternatives in case of power failure
- with free wi-fi connection

Note: All offices shall specify in their Purchase Request (PR), for meals or catering services, the following provisions, as part of the specification or requirements:
1.Prohibition on the use of styrofoam and similar single-use plastics for packaging and catering services;

2. Reusable foodware such as plates, cutlery, containers, stirrers, mugs or cups for hot drinks, and glass for water or beverage shall be utilized;
3. Coffee shall be served in pots instead of providing powdered coffee in sachets. Condiments shall alse be served in reusable bottels, bowls, or dispensers.
