- two (2) function rooms/training venue that can accommodate a minimum of 35 participants per room observing social distancing with atleast 1 meter space per participants

- with good lighting

- with good sound system (with sufficient number of speakers, at least two (2) microphones per training room, batteries for microphones, extensions wire, and electricity outlets in good working condition

- with front table where trainers can put their manuals & other training materials
- accessible to comfort room (with clean water)
- With generator or other alternatives in case of power failure

2. Reusable foodware such as plates, cutlery, containers, stirrers, mugs or cups for hot drinks, and glass for water or beverage shall be utilized;
3. Coffee shall be served in pots instead of providing powdered coffee in sachets. Condiments shall alse be served in reusable bottels, bowls, or dispensers.
