*Submit receipts and prescribed reports to PSA stamped by SSS, Philhealth and Pag-Ibig as proof of remittanceof premium paymentsto said collecting agencies on the twenty-fifth (25th) calendar day after the reference month.

*Provide two sets of uniform to its personnel

*The agency will provide tools and equipment needed by the utility worker
*The agency will comply on RA 9184, RA 11917, RA 11199, RA 10606, RA 9679 and RA 7641
*Discounts in Overall Computation are phohibited
