Procurement of Services of Professional Videography Editor for the Production and Compilation of Videos for PSA – Patrol TV news reporting competition
The following requirement is needed:
1. Professional video editor who can take on the responsibility of complex video editing.
2. The video news program must show good audio and video quality.
3. The video and audio have less distortion or technical distractions
4. Precise timing and synchronization.
Submit at least three (3) sample compiled videos, event coverage (including but is not limited to event landscape, videography, etc. and event coverage through online (attach Google drive link) submission. (As proof of expertise of the creatives mostly on videography)
Submit a specs list of equipment to be used during the location shoot.
Must comply minimum requirement:
1. Professional Digital SLR cameras, with at least 24-megapixel full frame CMOS sensor;
2. Standard equipment/accessories of tripod and external off-cam flash/es
