11394659 THE PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS, PRINTING EQUIPMENT, AND OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR SURVEY OPERATIONS OF PSA-REGIONAL STATISTICAL SERVICES OFFICE (RSSO) XIII

The PSA - RSSO XIII now invites bids for Procurement of Office Supplies and Materials, Printing Equipment, and Other Supplies and Materials for Survey Operations of PSA RSSO XIII. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after receipt of the Purchase Order/Contract for Lots 1 to 4. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office XIII (PSA-RSSO XIII), through the 2025 General Appropriation (General Fund) and based on the 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Pesos Only (₱575,275.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the four (4) lots stated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

For the sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (₱137,150.00)

Lot 4: CUSTOMIZED WRIST KEYCHAIN STRAP LANYARD AND T-SHIRT

For the sum of NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY PESOS ONLY (₱95,220.00)

Bid opening shall be on November 12, 2024 at 11:30 AM at the PSA – RSSO XIII Training Room, Freeman Bldg., J.C. Aquino Avenue, Brgy. Imadejas, Butuan City. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity.
The PSA – RSSO XIII will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 31, 2024, 9:00 AM at PSA - RSSO XIII Training Room, Freeman Bldg., J.C. Aquino Avenue, Brgy.
