The Philippine Statistics Authority through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Meals for the Provincial Level Training on the 2024 Census of Population (PopCen) and Community-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) Map and Data Processing of PSA NCR PSO IV in accordance with Section 53.10 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
