Note:All offices shall specify in hteir Purchase Request (PR), for
meals or catering services, the following provisions, as part of
the specification or requiements:
1. Prohibition on the use of styrofoam and similar single-use
plastics for packaing and catering sevices.
2. Reusable foodware such as plates, cutlery, containers, stirers,
mugs or cups for hot drinks, and glass for water or beverage
shall be utilized
3. Coffee shall be served in pts instead of providing powedered
coffee in sachets. Condiments shall also be served in reusable
bottles, bowls, or dispensers.
