- Distance from the Main Provincial Office: At least 500m. away (walking distance)
-Installation of tiles, renovation, and repainting of the area to suit an office requirement will be shouldered by the building owner.
- Provision of a generator set and parking area

-With two comfort rooms
- Partitions may be fitted to the lessee's design
- Accessible to clients and ease of storage/ haulage of survey returns for data processing
