1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office II (PSA-RSSO II), through the Fiscal Year2024 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND NINEHUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE PESOS ONLY (PhP188,925.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) topayment under the contract for the Reproduction of Forms of the 2024 Census of Population (POPCEN) andCommunity-Based Monitoring System (CBMS) for PSA Cagayan.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, latebids shall not be accepted.
2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completedcontract on reproduction of forms within the period 2021 to 2023 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.
3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.
4. Interested bidders may get Quotation Form from 31 July 2024 to 02 August 2024 at the address given belowduring office hours from 09:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M.

6. The PSA-RSSO II reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bidsat any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
