The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office No. VI, through its Regional Bids and Awards Committee (RBAC), intends to Lease a space for storage of Census of Agriculture and Fisheries (CAF) Forms and census and surveys questionnaires of the Regional and lloilo Provincial Statistical Office of PSA RSSO06 for the period, June 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024, through Negotiated Procurement/Lease with Privately-Owned Real Property under Sec. 53.10 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act. No. 9184 and GPPB Resolution No. 08-2009, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO THOUSAND PESOS (Php 182,000.00) for Seven (7) Months or TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php 26,000.00) per month, inclusive of VAT and all applicable taxes and fees, for office space requirement of FOUR HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (400 sq.m.) more or less. Delivery of the Goods is required from June 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

Interested bidders may obtain further information from PSA RSSO6 at the address given below during business hours from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Lease a space for storage of Census of Agriculture and Fisheries (CAF) Forms and census and surveys questionnaires of the Regional and lloilo Provincial Statistical Office of PSA RSSO06.”

Bids must be duly received by the PSA RSSO6 Bids and Awards Committee at the address below on or before 21 May 2024 (Tuesday) at 1:00 PM. Bidders who wish to submit their bids before the deadline may submit the same to the BAC Secretariat, PSA-RSSO6, J. Villanueva B ldg., Iznart St., Iloilo City. Late bids shall not be accepted.

Opening of Sealed Bids shall be on 21 May 2024 (Tuesday), 1:30 PM (PSA Bundy Clock) at PSA-RSSO6 Learning and Development Room, J. Villanueva Bldg., Iznart St., Iloilo City.
