The Philippine Statistics Authority through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Printing services for the Questionnaires of 2023 Census of Philippine Business and Industry (CPBI) and 2023 Input-Output Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (IOSPBI) Operation for the Additional Workload, in accordance with Section 53.10 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
