The Philippine Statistics Authority through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Meals for 2024 April Labor Force Survey 3rd Level Training of NCR PSO V, in accordance with Section 53.10 (Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
