The Philippine Statistics Authority-Capiz Provincial Statistical Office (PSA-Capiz),

and Parcels from February to December 2024 through Section 53.9 (Negotiated
Procurement – Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and
Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
