REQUIREMENTS:
Function Room/Training Venue lot 1
With spacious air-conditioned function room that can accommodate 60 pax
With proper lighting, ventilation and sound system
With at least 2 wireless microphones
With complimentary use of projector and white screen
With podium and enough tables and chairs
Toilet of the function room located/contiguous in the same building of the function hall
No additional fee for use of laptops, and other gadgets; provision of extension wires
INCLUSIONS:
Meals and Snacks
Submit menu
60 pax meals and snacks for live-out participants,
Packed AM/PM Snacks, Lunch
Fresh Fruits to serve. There shall be three menus for lunch: meat (except pork), fish and other sea foods (except dory and tulingan), and vegetables
Specs for AM and PM Snacks:
Packaging: Recyclable (e.g. Carton or paper-made material, wooden spoon and fork, paper cups, paper straws)
Specs for Lunch:
Buffet style catering service: Reusable plates, mugs and cutlery
Note: Food service and packaging shall be in compliance with the Office Memorandum No. 2023-178, entitled Guidelines on the Procurement of Meals and Catering Services for Philippine Statistics Authority Meetings, Events, and Other Activities, Mandating the Use of Ecologically Sustainable Products or Packaging Materials and Prohibition on the Use of Styrofoam and Single-use Plastics.
