REQUIREMENTS:
Function Room/Training Venue:
-Spacious function room within the same building that can accommodate at least 40 participants
-complimentary use of at least two (2) projectors
-with at least three (3) sets of microphones/wireless microphones and sound system.
-preferably with high speed wifi connection (at least 150mbps) to support presentation activities and for free use of participants
-no additional fee for use of laptops and other gadgets
-with complimentary tarpaulin to be used as backdrop
-complimentary free-flowing coffee/tea
-complimentary training kit for the participants
INCLUSIONS:

Submit menu
-40 pax meals and snacks for live-out participants, 3 days
December 13-15, 2023: AM Snacks, Lunch, PM Snacks
Lunch should have vegetables, dessert and fish/beef/chicken (no pork)
No cream dory to be served during meals
With drinks/juices for each meals/snacks
