INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION
PROCUREMENT OF CATERING SERVICES FOR THE 2022 CAF – CITY/MUNICIPAL LEVEL TRAINING
(BURGOS, GAMU & QUIRINO) ON 23-26 & 28-30 AUGUST 2023
FOR THE PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY – ISABELA PROVINCIAL STATISTICAL OFFICE
1. The Philippine Statistics Authority – Isabela Provincial Statistical Office (PSA Isabela), through the Fiscal Year 2023 General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PhP 161,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services for the 2022 CAF – City/Municipal Level Training (Burgos, Gamu & Quirino) on 23-26 & 28-30 August 2023 for The Philippine Statistics Authority – Isabela Provincial Statistical Office.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening for the hereunder project. Also, late bids shall not be accepted.
2. The PSA-RSSO II now invites bids from suppliers for the said procurement. Bidders should have a completed contract on catering services within the period 2020 to 2022 with an amount of at least 50% of the ABC.
3. Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement.
4. Interested bidders may get a Quotation Form from 08 August 2023 to 10 August 2023
at the address given below during office hours from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M..

5. Bids must be delivered to the given address on or before 11 August 2023, 11:30 AM. Bid opening shall be on the same day, 01:30 P.M. at 2nd/3rd Floor LSP Building, Alibagu, Ilagan City, Isabela 3300.
6. The PSA-RSSO II reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, withoutp thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
