- 1 function room that can accommodate a minimum of 27 participants per room observing social distance with atleast 1 meter space per participants

-quiet and free from distractions
-with good lighting
-well-ventilated
-with good sound system (with sufficient number of speakers, at least two (2) microphones per training room, batteries for microphones, extension wires, and electricity outlets in good working condition
preferably with projector and/or projector screen
-with white/black board
-with front table where trainers can pout their manuals & other training materials
-accessible to comfort room (with clean water)
-with generator or other alternatives in case of power failure
-with free wi-fi connection
-with provision of service vehicle
