9920286 INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE 2022 CENSUS OF AGRICULTURE AND FISHERIES (CAF) IN CARAGA

The PSA - RSSO XIII now invites bids for Procurement of Supplies and Materials for the 2022 CAF in Caraga. Delivery of the Goods is required within 20 days after receipt of Purchase Order/Contract for Lots 1, 5, 12, and 18; and within 30 days after receipt of Purchase Order/Contract for Lots 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17. Bidders should have completed, within the last three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Regional Statistical Services Office XIII (PSA - RSSO XIII), through the 2023 General Appropriation (General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Two Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Pesos Only (₱9,253,315.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the 18 lots stated below. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
